We have some beautiful trees in our backyard, however here is one in particular that is my favorite.
After each gloomy winter, this tree blooms with beautiful pink flowers, like a little promise that winter is over. And after a week or two, the pink petals fall to the ground in pink snow.
I have no idea why he's making this face, but it's adorable!

I really do love this tree. I get a little sad that the blossoms don't last longer, but it is magical to watch them fall.
