diapy legs...

For those of you who know about the overwhelming amount of craziness Chase and I have been tossing around lately, you'll understand this post (completely unorganized)...

It's been hot (I am not complaining, just stating a fact). I am definitely an "autumn" in both personality and in choice of weather forecast. My husband and son are "summers". Last summer Finn (and by Finn I mean me) stole our neighbors' dogs pool, which both he and I delightfully sat in for 3 months straight. This summer we are too busy packing, moving, travelling, schooling, working, and getting into car accidents to buy Finni his own pool (also I am too cheap). He doesnt seem to mind though does he?

Have you ever noticed how kids grow into their names? Finn (like the fins on a fish or shark...or whale) loves the water, he has absolutely no hindering fear of it, definitely a Nichols. 

Swimmer diapers are so genius, these are from our trip a year and a half ago to Palm Desert, and they still fit (kind of)... I love love love this picture and I'd like to dedicate it to Mike & Abby Reph who lovingly nicknamed Finn, "Diapy Legs..."
