The 26th was my little Finnigin's 3rd birthday (really there is no need to emphasize how quickly time is flying by and how big he's getting before my very eyes)!
On Thanksgiving at my parents house, we celebrated all that we are so very thankful for, especially our Finn.
And as tradition, no Finn birthday would be complete without pumpkin pie!
After quality time with the Lindquist family we headed over the mountains for quality time with the Nichols. We barely made it over Stevens Pass as a blizzard made it almost impossible to move or see.
At the time Finn didn't have a snow suit so cousin Addie let Finn borrow one of her outfits so they could play in the snow together (this is one of those times when I was actually laughing at my kid).
On the morning of Finn's actual birthday (and the annual Apple Cup...GO HUSKIES) Finni opened presents and had a Snickers football ice cream cake!.
With lots of help, Finn opened his presents revealing some really great loot!
This race car ramp from Gpa Dave & Gma Neese, was a huge hit!
The following week we had a little birthday celebration for Finn with his playgroup friends, on playgroup day.

Finn loves to play cars and trains, he loves long car rides, and going over the mountains to play in the snow or on the river. He loves animals, and is rather afraid of the dark. His favorite shows are Thomas and curious George. He still sleeps with 5 monkeys in his bed, and he's becoming slightly more snuggly. He is pretty shy at first, then warms up right away, oh and he's a runner, he's always running away!
