way to go Idaho...

We spent the most awesome weekend with our Hennessy friends in Idaho. The drive was a little over eight hours each way, but it was so worth it and so fun. Finnigin was a champion road tripper, definitely Chase and I's baby. He kicked his legs to music, played with toys, ate snacks, and mostly slept during the drive.

We stopped for some gas, dinner, and to change into jams. The sunset was so beautiful. I put a blanket down in the bed of the truck so Finn could exercise his antsy legs...

Chase kept his splint off while I drove. He hasn't had it off except for showering since he broke it.

This is Brad and Heidi, the best ever! This is the Flying M, Heidi's awesome Firestone Tire Shop turned even more awesome coffee shop.

We drove all around Nampa, Boise, Bogus Mountain. Chase and I were very pleasantly surprised at the beauty and how much there is to do in Idaho! I want to move every time I visit anywhere though.

Finn was so loved, hugged, squeezed, and squished by; Brad, Heidi, Brit, Peyton, Ben, and Geoffrey. He was worn out by the time we had to leave. A couple hours later both Chase and Bug were fast asleep and stayed that way the whole way home, so cute.

Since we've been up this morning, Finn is wildly cruising around the house and has already hit his head a couple of times, let Monday begin!
